Welcome to Romantic Sticker for WA("Service") presented by SMILE inc ("company," "we," "us" or "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share, and protect information in relation to the provision of Service.

By using the Service, you understand and agree that we are providing a platform for you to create and post stickers, sticker packs, or other materials (collectively referred to as "Content") to the service and to share content publicly. This means that other users may search for, see, use, or share any of your Content that you make publicly available through the Service, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect

1) Information you directly provide us:

When you interact with our services, we collect information that you provide to us. We also collect information you share with us from third-party social network providers and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Platform. For example, some of our services require you to set up a Romantic Sticker for WA account, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as your name, username, email address, and third-party social media account information. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as a profile picture.

Content Information. Content can be construed as PII sometimes. It’s contextual. We collect Content Information as defined above. We can also make some inferences by analyzing your Content Information alongside the activities you engage in the Service.

Device Information. We collect information about your device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, browser type and language, and mobile network information. However, we do not collect unique device identifiers (including MAC address and IMEI). We also collect certain device information that will help us diagnose problems in the (hopefully rare) event you experience any crash or other problem while using our Services. So, for example, if we detect a crash or other problematic event, we may collect the list of apps on your device and other information about your device’s performance at the time of the event for troubleshooting purposes.

Camera and Photos. To make and to save a sticker out of the stored pictures, movies, or any other materials on your Device, we might require us to use your device’s camera and photos function or any other permissions needed. We’ll access your camera, photos, or any other materials on your Device. We might draw your attention and get explicit consent when we need to access your device’s camera and photos function.

Metadata. Metadata refers to technical data associated with user content. Put simply, metadata is data that describes data. For example, metadata can describe the analysis results of facial features, the characters in photos, and other elements contained in photos, which are generated and tagged by the computer algorithm and artificial intelligence. When you use the Service, we will use photo metadata to provide you with certain features including precise “Facial Recognition,” “Key-Points Recognition, “ “Region Segmentation, “Content Tags” and other custom features based on a combination of these basic features. We may use your photo metadata to provide you with more suitable filters and better photo effects when the Service processes your photos; we may also make use of the metadata to serve up more contextually relevant products or services to you.

Face Recognition. Romantic Sticker for WA uses face recognition technology to recognize faces in photos. We detect facial marks to provide face recognition contents and facial manipulation features - specifically, to make Avatar. We do not use such information for identifying a specific person. This information is processed in real-time for providing features of the Service. Certain features will send, store, use, and process facial recognition information, metadata, or images to/on our servers, which may include designated portions of third-party cloud service providers’ servers that we control. We permanently delete all such information when the initial purpose for collecting the facial image data no longer exists, or, if earlier, seven days after the end of the event. You must expressly consent to our collection and use of such facial recognition technology and data in order to use the Service, and you may not use the Service without providing such express consent.

We do not use Internet cookies or any other tracking technologies other than Google Analytics for Firebase and Adjust. For more information, read the ‘4) Analytics Information’ below.

3) Information from Third Parties:

If you choose to register to use Romantic Sticker for WA using your social media account details (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple), you will provide us or allow your social network to provide us with your name, username, and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network, such as your app ID, access token, and the referring URL.

4) Analytics information:

We use third-party analytics tool(s) to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.
